Based on the questions we get asked the most, here's some information you may find useful.

(Standard delivery is to mainland UK only, excluding Highlands & Islands)
You should expect to receive your goods within 4 working days of placing your order, this excludes; Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Please allow for potential delays during the busy postal period around Christmas.
Your order will be delivered by Hermes, but an alternative courier such as Yodel or Royal Mail may be used occasionally.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, simply follow the instructions on the calling card to rearrange the delivery. It is advisable to also check with your neighbours, as they may have taken the parcel in for you.
It is not possible to amend the shipping address once the checkout has been completed, so please ensure that all of the details you provide are correct.
Please be aware that Able Clothing will not be held liable for delivered items that go missing from your designated safe place or neighbour.
Please note that the courier service we use are not able to deliver to PO Box addresses.
Non-Standard UK Delivery
(Highlands, Channel Islands & International)
Please rest assured that we aim to include Highlands, Channel Islands and all other countries worldwide, as soon as it is possible to do so. Unfortunately, due to high postage costs, we have not included these options at the checkout. Please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you would like to discuss postage options to any of these locations and we will do our best to assist you.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
You are welcome to return items to us for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. All items must be returned in their original condition*.
The returned item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. Please send all returns using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and provides a tracking number for your own peace of mind. The return postage cost will not be covered, unless previously agreed in relation to special circumstances, such as faults.
You are not required to inform us that you will be returning an item, unless your item is faulty or incorrect.
Please ensure that you have completed the returns slip and included all of the relevant information, failure to do so may result in delays processing your refund.
Returned items may take up to 7 working days to process and refund from the date we receive them. We will only refund the card from which the original payment was made.
*Your right to return items to us will be void if the items are not returned in their original condition, this includes; all tags intact, no marks, stains, holes, scents (such as perfume or smoke) or evidence of animal fur.
The easiest way to avoid the above would be to try the items on immediately after a bath/shower, or when you are not wearing make-up, perfume/deodorant or tanning products.
Unfortunately, we will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any relevant documentation.
The provisions of our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Items must be posted to the below address only, we cannot accept returns brought to us in person.

Please inspect your items for faults as soon as you receive them, as all items returned to us must be in their original condition with tags intact. If you have received a faulty item please send an email to email@example.com, please include; your order number, your name and address, product details, details of the fault and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will cover the cost of returning faulty items, but you must contact us to make arrangements before posting.
If you have received an incorrect item please email firstname.lastname@example.org, please include; your order number, your name and address, details of the item you ordered and the incorrect item you have received. We will do our utmost to resolve the error as quickly as possible and will cover the cost of return postage for the incorrect item. You are required to contact us to make arrangements before posting.
Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange service at this time. If the size you have ordered does not fit, you are welcome to return it for a refund and purchase the correct size separately. Please take care to check the measurements on the product page before purchasing to avoid the hassle of returning items.
We are not currently looking for any models, social media representatives, advertising, web design or photography services. If any opportunities do become available, they will be advertised on our Facebook page.
